What is your shipping and handling pricing?

Domestic orders $49.99 and under ship for a flat rate of $5.00. 

Domestic orders over $50.00 ship free! 

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We have just added international shipping. Unfortunately we cannot offer a flat rate for international shipping at the moment but check back soon for updates on shipping destinations and rates. 

Do you ship on the weekend?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. If you make an order on a weekend or holiday we will process it the following business day, unless noted otherwise.  

Do you take returns or exchanges?

Returns are available within 15 days of receipt of package. If more than 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be returned to us. Please contact us for a shipping label

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the Southern California area. 

Are independent beauty brands safe?

Yes, all brands manufactured in the United States (all our brands manufacturer here in the USA) are held to the same standards as larger brands. 

Are you a third-party seller?

Nope! We purchase and partner directly with independent brands. All of our products are genuine and are never changed in any way from the supplier. 

Can you guarantee that products are organic or cruelty free? 

Our brands do not test their own products on animals. If they have been certified vegan or cruelty-free we will note by which organization they have been certified.
